Po, diaspora ka të drejtën e plotë ligjore për të regjistruar një shoqatë (klub) futbolli amator në Gjermani, Austri ose Zvicër me të njëjtin emër si i juaji (ose shumë të ngjashëm, varësisht nga rregullat lokale gjuhësore). Kjo është një mënyrë e shkëlqyer për të lidhur emigrantët, por edhe për të hapur një rrugë të drejtpërdrejtë për mbështetje financiare dhe teknike nga jashtë vendit për klubin amë FC SHIPKOVICA në Maqedoni. Ja se si funksionon saktësisht sipas vendit dhe cilët janë hapat për regjistrim: 1. Si rregullohet emri jashtë vendit? Meqenëse gjuha gjermane është zyrtare në këto vende, shkurtesa ligjore lokale për një shoqatë të regjistruar qytetarësh i shtohet emrit tuaj: • Gjermania (standardi gjerman): Klubi do të quhej FC Shipkovica e.V. ose WFC Kicking Eagles Shipkovica e.V. (shkurtesa e.V. do të thotë eingetragener Verein - shoqatë e regjistruar). • Austria: I njëjti sistem përdoret meКА TË DREJTË DIASPORA , PËR KLUB FUTBOLLI ME TË NJËJTIN EMËR
KF SHIPKOVICA ME ANË TË MEMORANDUMIT
Po, diaspora ka të drejtën e plotë ligjore për të regjistruar një shoqatë (klub) futbolli amator në Gjermani, Austri ose Zvicër me të njëjtin emër si i juaji (ose shumë të ngjashëm, varësisht nga rregullat lokale gjuhësore).
Kjo është një mënyrë e shkëlqyer për të lidhur emigrantët, por edhe për të hapur një rrugë të drejtpërdrejtë për mbështetje financiare dhe teknike nga jashtë vendit për klubin amë FC SHIPKOVICA në Maqedoni.
Ja se si funksionon saktësisht sipas vendit dhe cilët janë hapat për regjistrim:
1. Si rregullohet emri jashtë vendit?
Meqenëse gjuha gjermane është zyrtare në këto vende, shkurtesa ligjore lokale për një shoqatë të regjistruar qytetarësh i shtohet emrit tuaj:
• Gjermania (standardi gjerman): Klubi do të quhej FC Shipkovica e.V. ose WFC Kicking Eagles Shipkovica e.V. (shkurtesa e.V. do të thotë eingetragener Verein - shoqatë e regjistruar).
• Austria: I njëjti sistem përdoret me shtimin Verein ose shkurtuar në regjistër.
• Zvicra: Regjistrohuni si FC Shipkovica sipas Kodit Civil Zviceran (ZGB).
2. Procedura e regjistrimit: Hap pas hapi
Hapi 1: Mbledhja themeluese jashtë vendit
Minimumi 7 persona në Gjermani (ose 2 persona në Zvicër) që jetojnë atje (diaspora jonë) duhet të mbajnë një Mbledhje Themeluese. Ata nënshkruajnë:
1. Protokollin themelues (provë se janë mbledhur për të formuar një klub).
2. Statutin e klubit (Satzung): Në statutin e klubit të ri jashtë vendit, në seksionin mbi qëllimet, mund të shkruhet shprehimisht: "Qëllimi i shoqatës është zhvillimi i frymës sportive në diasporë dhe mbështetja/bashkëpunimi me klubin mëmë FC SHIPKOVICA nga Maqedonia".
Hapi 2: Noterizimi dhe regjistrimi në Regjistër (Vereinsregister)
• Në Gjermani dhe Austri, dokumentet çohen te një noter vendas i cili i kontrollon ato dhe i dërgon sipas detyrës zyrtare në Gjykatën Vendore (Amtsgericht). Gjykata e regjistron klubin në Regjistrin shtetëror të Shoqatave (Vereinsregister).
• Në Zvicër, procedura është edhe më e lehtë — shoqata formohet ligjërisht në momentin që votohet Statuti, dhe nëse dëshirohet, regjistrohet në Regjistrin Tregtar (Handelsregister).
Hapi 3: Marrja e statusit "Me interes publik" (Gemeinnützigkeit)
Ky është hapi më i rëndësishëm. Përfaqësuesit e diasporës duhet të paraqesin një kërkesë në Zyrën lokale të Taksave (Finanzamt) që klubi të marrë statusin e Gemeinnützig (me interes publik).
• Pse është e rëndësishme kjo? Pas marrjes së këtij statusi, çdo emigrant ose kompani e huaj që bën një donacion në llogarinë e klubit në Gjermani/Zvicër do të marrë një certifikatë donacioni (Spendenbescheinigung). Me këtë certifikatë, shteti në Gjermani UL taksën e tyre. Ky është një nxitje e madhe për diasporën për të dhuruar para.
3. Regjistrimi në sistemin sportiv (Futboll amator)
Pasi klubi jashtë vendit të regjistrohet si person juridik, ai aplikon për anëtarësim në shoqatën lokale të futbollit (për shembull, Shoqata e Futbollit të Berlinit në Gjermani ose shoqata përkatëse kantonale në Zvicër):
• Ata regjistrohen në ligën më të ulët amatore (e ashtuquajtura Kreisliga ose C-Liga në Gjermani) dhe luajnë ndeshje të rregullta gjatë fundjavave.
• Si një klub i tillë, ata mund të blejnë ligjërisht pajisje, të organizojnë mbrëmje donacionesh për Shipkovicën dhe të dërgojnë furgonë me pajisje, fanella dhe rekuizita për ekipin tuaj të meshkujve, femrave dhe futsalit në Tetovë.

Ambulantë dhe Shërbime Ndihmëse: kushte sigurie dhe kujdesit mjekësor për të gjithë pjesëmarrësit dhe shikuesit. Vendparkime të Bollshme: Kompleksi do të ofrojnë parkim të mjaftueshëm dhe të sigurt për të gjithë vizitorët, duke lehtësuar qasjen dhe përdorimin e stadiumit.
